The current funding methods for social impact projects are problematic and archaic. While completing my UX certificate at General Assembly I chose to pursue a digital product that would solve user-centric issues and help provide positive change. My work spanned all aspects of the UX process from user definitions to paper prototyping to low fidelity wireframing.
I have been continuing my work on Spare Change as a personal project, moving towards high fidelity design as well as exploring solutions for the back end of the product.
