The Met: Future Vision

I was asked to formulate a future vision for one of New York City’s finest institutions, The Met. Serving 7 million visitors per year, The Met was looking for ways to offer guests a more intuitive, relevant and personalized experience as well as improve elements within the museum such as lobby congestion and navigational difficulties.
